Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
For the Financial Year Ending 31 December 2025
Zendo Media Ltd (“the Company”) is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and with integrity in all our operations and relationships. We recognise our duty to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our organisation or our supply chains.
Our Business
Zendo Media Ltd is a marketing consultancy headquartered in the United Kingdom, providing marketing strategy, technology, and creative services. Our team consists of one director and a network of approximately twenty independent subcontractors who support our projects flexibly across the UK and internationally.
Our Commitment
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and any form of exploitation. We are committed to acting transparently, fairly, and in full compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain primarily consists of professional service providers, freelance consultants, and software vendors. While the risk of modern slavery in these sectors is considered low, we recognise the importance of vigilance and due diligence.
Our Policies and Practices
To mitigate risks, we:
Conduct reasonable due diligence on suppliers and subcontractors.
Include ethical conduct and compliance expectations in our contractor agreements.
Review supplier relationships periodically to ensure ongoing compliance.
Provide awareness and training within the company to identify potential risks.
Reporting Concerns
We encourage all employees, subcontractors, and partners to report any concerns or suspicions regarding modern slavery or unethical practices. Reports can be made directly to senior management in confidence.
Continuous Improvement
Zendo Media continues to strengthen its internal policies and supplier vetting procedures. We will review and update this statement annually to reflect ongoing efforts and emerging best practices.
