Zendo Media Ltd – Code of Conduct & Ethics
At Zendo Media, we believe that integrity, respect, and accountability are the foundations of sustainable and meaningful business. This Code of Conduct & Ethics outlines the principles that guide our behaviour, decisions, and relationships — with clients, partners, subcontractors, and one another.
1. Integrity and Honesty
We act with honesty, transparency, and professionalism in everything we do. We never engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices. Our reputation is built on trust — and maintaining that trust is everyone’s responsibility.
2. Respect and Inclusion
We treat everyone with dignity, fairness, and respect. Zendo Media values diversity and inclusion, celebrating the different backgrounds, perspectives, and talents that make our team stronger. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
3. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We handle client and company information responsibly and in compliance with data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Confidential information must only be used for legitimate business purposes and safeguarded against unauthorised access or disclosure.
4. Fair Business Practices
We conduct business fairly, free from corruption or bribery. No employee or subcontractor may offer, give, solicit, or accept improper payments, gifts, or favours that could influence decision-making or create conflicts of interest.
5. Compliance and Accountability
We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations in every jurisdiction where we operate. Everyone representing Zendo Media — whether staff or subcontractor — is expected to take personal responsibility for upholding this Code and reporting any potential breaches.
6. Responsibility to Clients and the Public
We act in the best interests of our clients and the public, delivering high-quality work that aligns with ethical marketing principles. We avoid any actions that could mislead audiences, damage client trust, or harm our professional integrity.
7. Reporting Concerns
Anyone who suspects misconduct, unethical behaviour, or non-compliance should report their concerns to senior management. Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately, without fear of retaliation.
